At Vijeay Trading , we are committed to providing a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent refund policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. This right allows you to return a product and obtain a refund, provided that the product is in its original condition (unused, undamaged and in its original packaging).

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unopened and undamaged.
  • The product must be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Return costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or the error is on our part.

3. Non-Refundable Products

The following products are not eligible for a refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products that have been opened or used (except in cases of manufacturing defect).
  • Perishable products (if applicable).

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the address to send the products to.
  3. Pack the items carefully and send them to the address provided.

5. Reimbursement

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. The amount will be credited to the payment method used for the initial purchase.

Please note that as we do not offer delivery of products, delivery charges do not apply. However, if a charge has been made in error, it will not be refundable unless the product is faulty or an error has been made on our part.
